The ham is tunnel boned with minimal tissue damage, producing high quality meat. Meat and bones can be ejected to separate chutes if required. Cleaning the machine is quick and simple, with the meat contact parts taking just seconds to disassemble, without the need for tools.
Ham preparation requirements- Remove pelvis
- Mark proximal end of femur
- Remove knuckle end
- Remove fibula (optional), remove skin (optional)
