MACPRO manufactures a suite of deboning machines that lead the world in automation of deboning operations with their ability to reduce labour and skill levels while retaining high standards of yield and product quality.
The machines are the result of an extended development programme conducted by our team of experienced meat processing machine engineers. The machines have been designed to process standard primal cuts, so that any one machine can be installed alongside manual knife-hands, or be assembled in a processing line to complement the next.
