MACPRO abt have successfully adapted their advanced boning techniques to processing pork hams.
The importance of combining automation with the requirements for high yield, high quality end product and the absence of bone chips in the product has long been recognised by MACPRO and realised in their successful deboning machines. Now pork processors are offered these same advantages in a ham deboning machine that can cleanly remove the long bones from a ham in less than five seconds. The machines are developed in-house and manufactured to exacting standards.
A new era in pork deboning is emerging with the introduction of the ham deboning machine, and the development of further devices for picnic deboning, which will both drastically reduce labour requirements and skill levels, without compromise to yield and product quality.
