MACPRO Engineering Ltd has established an enviable record as leader in the development of meat processing equipment. Its stable team of experienced engineers and technicians has a combined experience of 50 years in meat processing machine development, ensuring that the machines developed produce meat as efficiently as possible.
Our development and design philosophy is reflected in the abt range of boning machines. Here our aim was to produce machines that will satisfy the processors’ needs of high yield, high productivity, safety, simplicity of operation and the capability to process hot or chilled product and table cuts. These requirements have been met in machines with robust, hygenic, functional construction, elegant design, incorporating up to date technology appropriate to the environment. This has resulted in designs which can provide processors pay-back periods of less than one year.
MACPRO is a machine manufacturer, bringing all the experience and knowledge of machine building for the meat industry to the development process, resulting in practical, cost efficient solutions. An on-going programme of develpment ensures that MACPRO retains its leading edge in the manufacture of deboning technology.
MACPRO and their development funders hold patents for four separate boning/cutting processes.
These machines are manufactured under license to Meat & Livestock Australia.
